This is X-Plane. It's a PHP development framwork that's lightweight, easy, and unobtrusive to the developer. Unlike most frameworks X-Plane creates functions for your repetitive tasks, with a minimal effect on the environment in which you program. Because of the modularity of the codebase, it allows you to use as much or as little of the tools as you want.The project is currently in a pre-release phase, and it's use isn't recommended as no support will be given until version one is released.
A full release is expected sometime in the fall. Until then feel free to test out the code if you want, but please don't use it for anything important.
